No password, card, listing or subscription is created during application review. After approval, you will set your password and choose any paid services. Community access is granted separately by a manual Circle invitation.

Eligibility and member protection

Public clinician listings require a current verified license. Unlicensed coaches and other relevant professionals may apply for community membership. Clinic administrators may manage a practice; each listed clinician must be individually licensed and approved.

Required commitments

We protect open inquiry and respectful professional disagreement. Threats, doxxing, coordinated harassment, fabricated evidence and knowingly false or recklessly fabricated allegations are prohibited. A disputed or unsubstantiated complaint is not automatically false. Good-faith reporting and legal duties are protected. No application process can guarantee anonymity or prevent every dishonest participant.

I am professionally based in the United States. This is a service-location requirement, not a citizenship requirement. I have read and accept the membership standards and terms, including confidentiality, open inquiry, no doxxing or targeted harassment, no fabricated evidence or knowingly false allegations, and protection for lawful good-faith reporting. I have read the application privacy notice. My private application is separate from any public directory profile.

Help clients discover your practice (optional)

You can allow Nuanced Therapy to promote your approved public professional information on its website and official social media pages, including Facebook. Private application answers, community activity and billing details are never included. These choices do not affect membership or profile approval.

I give permission to promote my approved public professional profile, including my name, professional details and profile link. If I allow promotion, I also give permission to use my approved public profile photo for that promotion.

For clinic applicants, this permission covers the clinic only; each clinician makes their own choice. You can withdraw permission later in account settings or through member support. Withdrawal stops future promotion; contact us to request removal of an existing post.
