What this notice covers
This notice covers professional membership applications, clinic clinician questionnaires, application review, community access administration, and related support requests handled through nuancedtherapy.com. It does not authorize publication of your application answers. Public directory profile information is separate.
Information collected and its purpose
Clinic administrators may supply a clinician’s name and email to send an invitation. We collect contact details, selected services, professional background, licensing information or an explanation of an unlicensed role, relevant public professional links and affiliations, your answers and commitments, and review/support correspondence. We use this information to verify professional eligibility, assess readiness to follow the conduct standards, prevent abuse, administer access and billing relationships, handle requests and keep decision records. Please provide public professional accounts only; personal social media accounts are optional. Do not provide patient information, passwords, private messages, unrelated sensitive personal information or information you are not entitled to disclose.
We also use security information such as sessions, verification tokens, timestamps and limited request/rate-limit data to protect forms and accounts. Email confirmation proves control of an address; it does not by itself verify credentials. We do not use an automated political-belief score to decide membership.
Who can access it
Authorized site administrators can review application answers, supporting notes and requests. Clinic managers see their clinician's questionnaire status and invitation email, but cannot read the private answers or admin notes through the clinic interface. Hosting and email providers process information needed to operate the site. If you join the Circle community, its separate account and privacy practices apply. Payment card details are collected by Stripe; do not enter them in an application or support message. We may disclose information where legally required or reasonably necessary to address fraud, safety or legal claims, subject to applicable law.
Retention
New unverified applications are scheduled for retention review/cleanup after 30 days; declined applications after 90 days from the decision; and pending or needs-information applications after 180 days without a new submission or review. Cleanup occurs during administrative maintenance and may not occur on the exact due date. Approved and active applications are retained for membership administration and applicable legal needs. Existing applications are on an administrative hold until their retention is reviewed. Open requests, legal holds and unresolved access-removal tasks can extend retention. Unverified support requests are eligible for cleanup after seven days; resolved requests after 90 days.
Deleting an application is separate from canceling a subscription, deleting a member account or removing Circle access. Billing, security and dispute records may need separate retention. Backup copies may remain until the relevant backup rotation; access should remain restricted. We do not promise immediate removal from every backup.
Your requests and security
Use Membership help and privacy requests to request access, correction, deletion or reconsideration. Confirm your email; additional identity checks may be needed before disclosure or deletion. Requests are reviewed against applicable rights and legal retention obligations. We restrict access and use expiring private links, but cannot guarantee absolute confidentiality or prevent every misuse. Keep application links private.
